Meet the Hosts

Tina Strawn

Tina Strawn is an anti-racism educator, advocate, and activist, and she is the owner and co-host of Speaking of Racism Podcast. Tina founded Legacy Trips https://legacytrips2020.com/ where she leads 3 day anti-racism yoga trips to the lynching memorial and the legacy museum in Montgomery, Alabama using the philosophy and practice of yoga as tools to dismantle racism. 

Tina is an anti-racism advocate, as both a student and a facilitator. Having recently relocated with her wife from Atlanta to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Tina now focuses on her anti-racism work full time, which includes the anti-racism/yoga trips to Montgomery, as well as speaking engagements, leading private events and soon anti-racism workshops and online webinars. 

Jen Kinney

Jen Kinney is a writer, podcaster, and activist. After living abroad in Shanghai, China with her husband and children for years, she returned to a country that felt more divided than ever. Since then she has become a passionate advocate for building bridges through difficult conversations and an advocate for the every day person’s power to create change in the world. She is the co-host of Speaking of Racism Podcast and the creator of Food For Thought Dinner Parties.
